What they say

How it runs

- 03They watch you log into your bank, or take control directly

The tell
No genuine support process needs to see or control your screen while you bank.
If this happened to you
Uninstall the app, put the phone in airplane mode, and call your bank from another device.
If money left an account in the last few hours, call 1930 before anything else.
