How it runs
- 01A friend request or WhatsApp call arrives from an unknown woman's profile
- 02The call turns sexual within seconds and is recorded
- 03Payment is demanded, often followed by a fake police or YouTube-takedown call
- 04Every payment produces a new demand
The second call, the one claiming to be police or a cyber cell, is part of the same scam. Real police never call to settle a case for money.
If this happened to you
Do not pay and do not delete anything. Screenshot the profile, the numbers and the demands, then report. Reporting is confidential.
If money left an account in the last few hours, call 1930 before anything else.
